Traum Ease Liniment is a blend of cooling, soothing and skin-regenerating essential oils formulated for soft tissue trauma, including bruising, inflammation, sprains, etc. Traum Ease may also be helpful for skin lesions such as wounds with minimal bleeding, ulcers, and red, itchy rashes such as allergic eczema. For rashes, also consider Aller Ease Lotion and Head Ease Liniment.
Because of its sweet, rosy and somewhat fresh floral aroma that supports the emotional body, Traum Ease may prove very helpful for mental-emotional trauma and shock. It is especially useful when physical trauma causes mental-emotional trauma, when it should be deeply inhaled as well as applied topically.
Directions: Apply directly onto any trauma to the skin and soft tissues. Repeat frequently as needed.
Chinese medicine functions: Activates Blood and Qi, breaks up stagnation and calms the Shen
Ingredients: Oils of jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis), evening primrose (Oenothera biennis), rosehip (Rosa mosqueta) and apricot kernel (Prunus armeniaca); organic essential oils of Lavender, Helichrysum, Geranium, Frankincense and Myrrh

This eases pain I've had from a long term injury to my ankle. The injury seems to have some emotional aspects to it. The liniment is extremely calming and soothing.
Finally we found something that really works. At our age, aches and pains crop up quite readily and it is nice to have a topical liniment that eases them. I am recommending it to all my friends.
I'm an acupuncturist and I use this at the end of the treatment with many of my patients who are veterans and have pain from trauma. I feel it helps them and it makes the whole room smell good and feel good after.
I have been using this blend for quite some time for hip pain. I know when I haven't used it as my hip pain is much worse. I love this blend and highly recommend it. The scent is very calming as well.
