Sweet floral and uplifting, a fresh synergy for letting stress just flow away. Stress Release is helpful in situations of nervous tension, irritability, mood swings and worry, or just simply for the feeling of being overwhelmed by life circumstances.
Dominant oils: Bergamot, Lavender, Roman camomile, Ylang ylang, jojoba
Chinese Medicine functions: Regulates the Qi, relaxes constraint, clears heat and harmonizes the Shen

I put a few drops into a hot bath if I'm having trouble winding down from a tough time. Wow! It works immediately. Big relief. The scent is so beautiful.
